Alto has integrated with Homebox, the fully-regulated and managed payment software that consolidates tenants rent and utility bills into one monthly transaction.

From bundling your tenants bills into one easy payment, to change of tenancy notifications, and an admin-free way to offer bills-included, Homebox solves all your utilities needs with the opportunity to earn commission in the process.

What are the benefits of using Homebox?

  • Save time - Stop wasting time, effort and money dealing with your tenant's outstanding or void utility bills
  • Simplify payments - Combine your tenants rent and utility payments into one ‘bills-included’ monthly transaction
  • Stay on top of bills - Get one easy-to-read .pdf statement with any outstanding or void bills every time a tenancy ends
  • Earn commission - Get commission every time you use Homebox and earn up to £300 per property, per year

Setting up the integration

If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Homebox customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:

  1. Click Tools on the main toolbar
  2. In the dropdown menu, click Integrations
  3. Click the Property Management category
  4. Below Homebox, click Tell me more
    1. If you're an existing Homebox customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Homebox. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
    2. If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with Homebox, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. Homebox will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto

To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.
