Every time we've added a new feature, we've notified all our users within Alto itself utilising in product messaging.

New features
To view a log of the latest new features within Alto:
- Sign in to Alto
- Click the ? icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Click Product updates
- A summary list of our Product updates display. Some new feature updates will include links that take you to the relevant page within Alto. Popup messaging and/or guides may then launch to provide you with more information on what's new
Listing Review page
This new feature went live on 3rd April.
The Listing Review page provides the ability to review a listing ahead of publishing it to the portals. By now being able to view it onscreen as a whole rather than across multiple pages as a series of attributes, it should help ensure greater accuracy of listings and reduce the number of post-publish amendments needed.

Improvements
Parking spaces merge code added
This improvement went live on 18th April.
A merge code has been added for use in letters that will tell the reader the total number of parking spaces that a property has. The merge code is #property_parking_total_numeric# and can be searched for in the same way as other merge codes.

Branch filtering added to Tenancy renewals and Vacating properties
This improvement went live on 18th April.
Within the Progressions tab, the Lettings options for Tenancy Renewals and Vacating Property are now able to be filtered by Property Branch.
Address added to leads table
This improvement went live on 17th April.
Within the leads table, the address of the enquired about property has been added so that you can see at a glance what the lead relates to.
Gallery added to the Listing Review page
This improvement went live on 12th April.
We’ve now added a photo gallery to the Listing Review page, providing a preview of the images being used on the listing. This enables you to check that you've correctly set the main image and the image order prior to publishing.

Redesigned appointments details page for Alto on mobile
This improvement went live on 12th April.
Based on customer feedback and general usability feedback, we decided to make changes to the structure of the appointments details page for Alto on mobile making it simpler for you to access details, negotiator information and properties.

Calendar month view added for Alto on mobile
This improvement went live on 12th April.
We have now introduced a month selection for the diary calendar, for Alto on mobile. You can now tap on a month to view appointments as required.

Performance improvements to deposits information queries
This improvement went live on 3rd April.
We have made performance improvements to some time consuming queries on the Alto Property Management Dashboard that get deposits information.

Product fixes
'Email/SMS message sent' Timeline entries for sales progressions
This product fix went live on 24th April.
Confirmation that Email and SMS messages have been sent during a sales progression, will now appear in the sales progression Notes Timeline.
This currently does not include, or link out to, the actual message content, which is something we are currently looking into.
Lead duplicates for contacts with the same postcode
This product fix went live on 19th April.
Previously all existing contacts with the same postcode as the lead were being flagged as amber duplicates. The logic behind this has been tightened so that this works as expected (two people with different names/addresses for the same postcode should no longer be flagged).
Appointment times for Alto on mobile
This product fix went live on 3rd April.
We noticed an issue when we transitioned into British Summer Time with appointment times showing 1 hour earlier for Alto on mobile. This has now been fixed.
Fixing the Works Orders report
This product fix went live on 3rd April.
The Works Orders Property Management report regularly failed to run or returned empty on a schedule. This has now been fixed to ensure the report runs as expected.
Let Agreed report stating report not available
This product fix went live on 3rd April.
When running the Let Agreed Lettings report, in most cases it would result in a 'report not available' error. This has now been fixed to ensure the report runs as expected.
Fixing the Cash Book report
This product fix went live on 1st April.
The Cash Book Property Management Financials report regularly failed to run or returned empty on a schedule. This has now been fixed to ensure the report runs as expected.
