Improvements

Changes to the branch options and duplicate property check on the new add a property page

This improvement went live on 13th December.

Following some user feedback, we've made a change to how the branch options and duplicate property check work within our new method to add a property.

We identified that the duplicate property check wasn't just checking the branches that you had access to, but rather looking at all the branches in a group. Whilst in practice it should be uncommon that a duplicate is found across different branches, we've locked this down so that the duplicate property will only get flagged IF you have permission to that branch.

Linked to this, we found that the list of branch options that you could choose from in the dropdown was linked to your group rather than your permissions, so we've fixed that too.
