How does the integration work?

Conducting the checks

When using any of our tenant referencing or tenant onboarding integrations, making sure the property has the correct status is vital.  Watch the following video to learn more.

Once an offer has been accepted by all parties on an Available or Let (Marketing) property, a Proposed tenancy will be created within the Tenancies side menu tab of that property.

To access the tenancy progression screen from this point:

  1. Click the Proposed tenancy
  2. The tenancy Overview opens. Either click the Proposed Tenancy status, or, click Tenancy on the side menu
  3. The tenancy Term displays, and from here you can click Progression and begin to progress the tenancy

The tenancy progression screen can be accessed in two other ways:

    From Progressions:

    1. Click Progressions on the main toolbar
    2. Click All Lettings on the side menu
    3. Click the relevant tenancy from the list

    From Properties:

    1. Click Properties on the main toolbar
    2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
      1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
    3. Click Actions
    4. In the dropdown menu, click Lettings Progression
  4. Within the tenancy progression, ensure that all of the information within the Tenancy Details section is correct - If you need to update missing data or make amendments, you can do so via Edit Tenancy
  5. Click Start referencing checks. This will begin the reference check process using the information in the Tenancy Details section
  6. Ahead of sending the information to FCC Paragon to begin their tenant referencing checks, you can review details About the Tenancy and About the Tenant
  7. If you're happy with the information, click Send reference details
  8. The details of the tenancy are sent to FCC Paragon who will conduct the reference checks. Click Finished

Viewing the results of the checks

The results of the reference checks will be stored on the relevant tenancy record.
