Add properties manually on the new add a property page
This new feature went live on 12th September.
Within our new method to add a property, we've added the ability to add the property manually (for scenarios where we cannot locate the address or postcode via the Look up property option).
Previously, at this point you'd need to use the existing method in order to continue, but you can now enter the details manually into the form, and proceed using the new method.
Improvements
Improvements to the Portal Publishing and Listing Review pages
This improvement went live on 26th September.
We’ve made some improvements to the Portal Publishing and Listing Review pages based on customer feedback. This includes:
- Sticky action bars for call to action buttons meaning no more long scrolling in order to move forward to Portal Publishing. For properties that have already been published, it's now more straightforward to access the Listing Review page
- Added a floorplan preview (for images) to the Listing Review page. If you click the image, it will open full size in a new tab
- Added virtual tour links to the Listing Review page
- Enhanced the EPC section to show the Current and Potential numeric value, letter and colour code, instead of just the numeric value
