Improvements

Alto set up - diary colours set upon creation

This improvement went live on 1st May.

We now ensure that diary colours are set correctly for branches when they're created.

This saves time for our onboarding team as they no longer need to manually change them, which translates to a quicker time getting your branch configured ready for your use in Alto.

View .pdfs linked to expense charges

This improvement went live on 9th May.

The .pdf that's linked to an expense Charge can now be viewed if you click View supplier invoice on the relevant charge transaction. You can find this on the relevant record within Transactions on the side menu.

Product fixes

Fixed mapping of ‘Asking Price’ qualifier

This product fix went live on 15th May.

Based on your feedback, we’ve updated the mapping so that when the price qualifier Asking Price is chosen, this doesn't pass through to Rightmove (who don’t use this qualifier) as Guide Price

Now, a null qualifier is used for Rightmove (it continues to be passed as expected to Zoopla and other portals who use Asking Price).

Removed restriction on lease end date

This product fix went live on 15th May.

We became aware of an issue in the schema validation which prevented lease end dates being stored if they were beyond the year 2076. Given leases are typically 125 (and even more commonly now 999 years) this was problematic.

This has now been fixed.
