Preparing the property to go on the market

Once you've instructed the property, you will need to add further details to the property record to prepare the property for going on the market.

Articles that can aid you in doing so:

Add the property details to Property on the side menu.
Make sure to review all the top tabs (Property, Marketing, Features & Areas and Summary)
Checked/Completed

Add room and any other information to Rooms on the side menu. Checked/Completed
Adding a room on a property
Adding in the Lead In/Lead Out on a property
Adding in bullet points on a property

Add property images, floorplans, virtual tours and other files to Media on the side menu. Checked/Completed
Adding photos to a property
Changing the order of images on a property
Adding one or more floorplans to a property
Adding in a floorplan using Plan Up on a property
Adding virtual tours to a property
Uploading external brochures to a property
Adding in web links for a property
Adding an EPC to a property
   
Review Mapping on the side menu to ensure the pin is indicative of the property location. Checked/Completed
Changing a property's map location in Alto and portals
   
Add key set details to Keys on the side menu. Checked/Completed
Adding keys to a property

 

For lettings properties, there are additional settings you may need to consider such as setting your commission or management fee, or adding multiple landlords for joint ownership.
