Alto has integrated with Inventory Base, who provide the most advanced property inventory software and app on the market. It's the UK's leading software used by various professionals across the country.

Having been designed and built for the residential and lettings market, you're able to build unlimited property reports, capture property condition, photos and issues direct from your mobile or tablet using their inspection app. You can also produce professional inventories, check ins, check outs, building inspections, risk assessments and more using their software.

What are the benefits of using Inventory Base?

  • Efficiency that saves you time - Integrating Alto and Inventory Base can save you, on average, 25 minutes on operations, 30 minutes on-site, and 30 minutes on post-production per inspection

  • Property management made effortless - Our integration with Inventory Base allows you to import properties from Alto to Inventory Base in real-time and in bulk, removing the need for duplicate entries and drastically reducing set-up times

  • Boost productivity within your teams - Centralising all property documents in one location eliminates the need for multiple logins, streamlines workflows, and significantly boosts productivity

Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.

How does the integration work?

Having Alto integrate with Inventory Base enables estate and letting teams to manage their properties, resolve tenant issues and handle maintenance requests – in a way that’s both detailed and structured.

Your relevant properties and diary appointments are imported in to Inventory Base, in real-time and in bulk, saving you time in setup and data entry. Automatic updates for new properties ensure that data is always precise, up-to-date, and consistent.

Additionally, inventory and inspection reports, as well as meter readings and file notes, will also sync back and update into Alto, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
