Improvements

Improvements for Reporting beta

We've released the following improvements for Alto's Reporting beta:

  • Added new charts to the Branch comparison tab
  • Average fee % added to the Sales overview tab
  • Average sale to asking price metric added to the Sales overview tab
  • % of viewings converted to offers added to the Viewings tab

EPC value patching

This improvement went live on 23rd September.

We’ve added the ability to patch EPC values (current and potential) using the Inventory API.

Properties - UI performance improvements

This improvement went live on 17th September.

Within Properties on the main navigation bar, we have adjusted the loading of the data needed for each tab, how and when we collate data for each tab, as well as loading certain tabs or groups of tabs on demand, instead of loading the whole property record up front.

Alto conveyancing - price edit

This improvement went live on 5th September.

When Referring a conveyancer to a contact, you told us that you needed the ability to generate quotes with prices that vary from the listing price, as your clients often accepted offers that are more or less than asking/listing price.

As such, you now have the ability to Edit the Price to generate quotes based on an offer or renegotiated price, instead of only the listing price.
