Alto consumer - listing approval
This new feature went live on 27th November.
The second 'task' we've introduced to Alto consumer as part of this beta is listing approval.
This improves the way that you can manage gaining approval for the marketing material on any property that is at the Instructed status.
Previously, you had to send PDF brochures by email and then manually mark the listing as approved. Now, this manual step is removed.
If the owner isn't comfortable with the content, they can leave comments which you can review and address.
Improvements
Improvements for Reporting beta
We've released the following improvements for Alto's Reporting beta:
- Launched an Applicants report
- Added new data to the Applicants report, based on your feedback, including reason for moving
- Enhanced permissions so Alto users with Read Only reporting access can view all new reports but are unable to download data
Alto consumer - improvements and optimisations
This improvement went live on 26th November.
We have made the following improvements and optimisations to Alto consumer (working name):
- Added date stamps for all activity in the Client activity page
- Simplified the Filters so these just cover if Agent/Client action is required on a property's form
- Added a new badge for when a client has been chased
- Added 'sent by' information so that if the negotiator isn't the person inviting the client, that is visible instead
- Notifications are now sent to the person sending the form rather than the negotiator
- Timeline notifications for agents
- Notifications for clients
- Added buttons to invite/login emails
- Added a Contact section to the consumer view so they can see the negotiator and branch contact details for their transaction
- Additional questions added to the form for leasehold properties
Product fixes
Fixed an issue relating to Alto consumer - property questionnaire
This product fix went live on 5th November.
As part of Alto consumer (working name), the first 'task' we introduced in the beta was a property questionnaire.
An issue was identified which was preventing some users from progressing through the property questionnaire, in which it would get stuck in a loading state when saving the first page.
This has now been fixed.
