Alto has integrated with Symple, who provide a free compliance platform for letting agents and property managers. It streamlines the process of managing essential property services, offering a simple and effective way to stay compliant without any admin hassle.

You'll receive reminders of all upcoming renewals, plus Symple provide nationwide, one-click ordering for essential services like Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs, EICRs, boiler servicing, and PAT testing. Once a service is booked, Symple takes care of everything from coordinating with trusted, vetted providers to managing tenant communications and ensuring your certificates are delivered on time.

Setting up the integration

If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Symple customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:

  1. Click Tools on the main navigation bar
  2. In the dropdown menu, click Integrations
  3. Click the Compliance category
  4. Below Symple, click Tell me more
    1. If you're an existing Symple customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Symple. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent.
      Symple then receive your unique integration code and their team will sync your Alto property data ensuring your Symple dashboard is pre-loaded with Alto data
    2. If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with Symple, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. Symple will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto

To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.

Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.

How does the integration work?

Property data from Alto is automatically synced to Symple every hour, ensuring information is always accurate and up to date.

When a renewal is due in Alto, you can login to Symple, book the service in one click, then let the platform handle the rest.

Progress of all jobs can be tracked in real-time from your Symple dashboard.

Certificates are automatically stored in both Symple and Alto, ensuring all your records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
