Running reports

Alto enables you to report on all aspects of your business from registered applicants to sales pipeline and lettings financials.


  • Reports that relate to Property Management are located under the Property Management and Property Management Financials Reporting Groups
  • Reports that relate to Accounts are located under the Property Management Financials Reporting Groups
  1. Click Reports on the main toolbar
  2. Click the relevant type of report in the side menu, under Reporting Groups
  3. Click on the report required
  4. You can select from several Report Options, Branch Filtering and Report Columns under Your Report to filter the report
    1. You can schedule the report to run automatically (end of month/weekly) by setting up a Report Schedule

  5. Click Create Report to generate a one off report
    1. You can also Export the report into a .pdf, Excel or .csv document if you prefer to view it in an alternative format

  6. The report will automatically open in a new browser tab once created
    1. It'll also be available within your Report requests, allowing you to open it later should you wish. Click Open to open the report or Clear to remove it
