You can easily associate a utility company for electricity, gas, water, sewerage, oil, bulk lpg and the council to an individual property. However, you will first need to set up the utility company as a supplier in Contacts on your main toolbar.

To add utility companies to a property:
- Click Properties on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Management on the side menu
- Click the Utilities top tab
- Click Select Provider next to the required utility
- The Select a ... Provider window opens, displaying a list of suppliers. Use the Search bar to find the relevant supplier, or scroll down the list
- Click Select on the relevant provider
- Click Confirm
- Click on a utility to display (and add) additional information
- Enter the Account Number if known
- Enter the Meter Serial No if known
- Enter the MPAN (Meter Point Admin Number) if known
- Tick Pre Payment Card if applicable
- If an incorrect provider is displayed, you can click Remove Provider
- Click Save

Note
- The Management tab on the side menu will not be visible until the property has been instructed
- The Gas provider will not be shown if the property has been selected as having no gas
