A general appointment can be added to the diary from a supplier. A few reasons for why you might do this is if the supplier is coming in to the agency to collect keys or to provide a copy of their public liability insurance.
- Click Contacts on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant contact (Supplier) from Recent & Favourite Contacts
- Alternatively, find the contact (Supplier) using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Add General Appointment
- The Appointment Details window opens
- Set the various options for the appointment, including if its Recurring, Urgent, the Date & Time and Location
- Click Save
