Adding a General Appointment to a supplier

A general appointment can be added to the diary from a supplier. A few reasons for why you might do this is if the supplier is coming in to the agency to collect keys or to provide a copy of their public liability insurance.

  1. Click Contacts on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant contact (Supplier) from Recent & Favourite Contacts
    1.  Alternatively, find the contact (Supplier) using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
  3. Click Actions
  4. In the dropdown menu, click Add General Appointment
  5. The Appointment Details window opens
    1. Set the various options for the appointment, including if its Recurring, Urgent, the Date & Time and Location 
  6. Click Save
