If you need to, you can add additional addresses to a contact record. An example might be adding a partner's address, a forwarding address, adding a guarantor, next of kin or adding accountant details.
- Click Contacts on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant landlord from Recent & Favourite Contacts
- Alternatively, find the landlord using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
- Click Contact on the side menu
- Click the Other Addresses top tab
- Click Add Contact Address
- In the dropdown menu, click the relevant Type of contact you are wanting to add to this record
- Enter as many of the relevant contact details as possible for the additional address
- Click the relevant tickbox(es) to select the contacts preferred Delivery Method
- Click Save
Note
- A valid E-Mail must be entered in order to tick Email as the preferred Delivery Method
- On landlord contact records, you can tick Send Copy Statement if you want to send a copy of each landlord statement to the second contact address via the preferred Delivery Method
