How do I add a second address for a contact

If you need to, you can add additional addresses to a contact record. An example might be adding a partner's address, a forwarding address, adding a guarantor, next of kin or adding accountant details.

  1. Click Contacts on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant landlord from Recent & Favourite Contacts
    1. Alternatively, find the landlord using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
  3. Click Contact on the side menu
  4. Click the Other Addresses top tab
  5. Click Add Contact Address
  6. In the dropdown menu, click the relevant Type of contact you are wanting to add to this record
  7. Enter as many of the relevant contact details as possible for the additional address
  8. Click the relevant tickbox(es) to select the contacts preferred Delivery Method 
  9. Click Save


  • A valid E-Mail must be entered in order to tick Email as the preferred Delivery Method
  • On landlord contact records, you can tick Send Copy Statement if you want to send a copy of each landlord statement to the second contact address via the preferred Delivery Method
