Alto allows you to create a listed group of contacts which meet a specific criteria. One example group you could create is a group of contacts that haven't viewed a property in a specified amount of time.
Note
Groups created from the Contacts section can't be seen by the entire branch or agency. They will only be visible to the user who created them
To create a group of contacts that haven't recently viewed a property:
- Click Contacts on the main toolbar
- Click Groups in the top left
- Click the + symbol alongside My Groups, to create a new match group
- The New Match Group window opens. In the Group section, enter a Name for the group
- As a minimum, tick the following criteria:
- In the Contact Description section, tick Applicants
- In the Intention section, tick Buy, Buy or rent or Rent
- Click the Dates tab
- In the No Viewings field, choose a date. This date forms the basis of the listed group of applicants who haven't viewed since this date
- Tick any additional criteria that you require across the sections and tabs
- Click View Results to create a temporary group, which will allow you to refine the list before saving
- Click Save
- You can edit the group once you've saved it. Click Edit below the group name on the side menu
