Finding completed and cancelled appraisals

After booking an Appraisal, tasks are created to manage the appraisal process. These will appear on your Main Dashboard within the Tasks window, and help to show the number of vendor/landlord appraisals that are currently Pending, In Progress, Completed and Cancelled, for you to continue to manage.

To view all appraisals which have completed and cancelled: 

  1. Click the Home screen tab on the main toolbar
  2. Click Main Dashboard on the Home screen side menu
  3. In the Tasks window, click Appraisals
  4. Click the Stage Management dropdown menu
  5. Click Pending and In Progress to deselect these options
  6. Click Completed and Cancelled to select these options


The matching appraisal tasks will now be listed.


There are four appraisal reports available in Alto

  1. Click Reporting on the main toolbar
  2. Click Property in the side menu under Reporting Groups
  3. Scroll down to view the available appraisal reports that are available to be created
