Quick access to Diary appointments via the home screen

A quick view of the diary can be accessed from the Home tab on the main toolbar. The view can be filtered to show an individual branch and users diary, on a selected date.

Click Home on the main toolbar
Click Appointments in the Home screen side menu
The Appointments landing page is TODAY. Click All Branches and All Negotiators to view another branch and users appointments
Click TODAY and select another date in your diary for that days appointments
Click Open on the right side of a line for quick access to more details about the appointment

Note

The entry type, diary notes and associated property will only show if these have been completed in the appointment
