Applicants Registered report

The Applicants registered report allows you to create a list of your registered applicants and then filter and group them by their buying and selling status.

To create your Applicants Registered report:

  1. Click Reporting on the main toolbar
  2. Click Applicant in the side menu under Reporting Groups
  3. Click Applicants Registered under Applicant Reports
  4. You can select from several Report Options under Your Report to filter by:
    1. From and To dates
    2. Archived
    3. Disposal
    4. Position 
    5. Order
    6. Direction
  5. The report can be further filtered, grouped and ordered using the additional tabs under Your Report
  6. Click Create Report to generate a one off report
    1. You can also Export the report into a .pdf, Excel or .csv document if you prefer to view it in an alternative format
  7. The report will automatically open in a new browser tab once created
    1. The report also appears as a Page icon next to your login name on the main toolbar. Should it not open automatically, or if it's closed accidentally, hover over the icon and click Open next to the report

 The Applicants Registered report shows the applicants:

  • Contact information
  • Buying Position and Disposal
  • Intention and Rating
  • Registered Date and Next Review Date

 Note

  • This report pulls information based on your System Administration settings. If you have set up specific applicant Position or Disposal types in your system, you'll be able to filter on these
  • If you close the Report Requests window (Page icon), you can click on the icon again to reopen the report requests
