If required, lettings charges can automatically be created at the stage of Finalise Let, Finalise Renewal, New Periodic Term and at Vacate.

After enabling your preferred lettings charges, when you finalise a let, finalise a renewal, change a tenancy to periodic, or vacate a tenancy, the enabled charges in these settings are created.

When they are generated, you can edit the amount and the description, or, simply delete them if they're no longer needed.
