Stop a contact from matching to properties

If you want to stop a contact from being matched to and sent details of available properties, you'll need to set the contact's Intention to Not Looking. Once amended, they will no longer appear in results when carrying out a property match.

Click Contacts on the main toolbar
Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
1. Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
Click Contact on the side menu
In the Intention dropdown menu, click Not looking
Click Save

Note

By changing the contacts intention, it only stops them from being included in matches. It doesn't prevent other emails from being sent to them
