Changing the tenancy management

You are able to change the Management Type of a lettings property to one of the following:

• Not Managed
• Part Managed
• Managed
• Unspecified
• Rent Collection Service
• Let Only

To change the tenancy Management Type:

1. Click Property on the main toolbar
2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
   1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
3. Click Property on the side menu
4. Click the Agency top tab
5. Open the Management Type dropdown menu and click the required type
6. Click Save
