You can specify on the property record the fees that are to be charged to the landlord in the event of setting up a tenancy. These include:

  • a letting fee, either as a percentage of the rental income or a fixed upfront fee
  • a recurring management commission as a percentage of the rental income (if relevant)
  • a recurring fixed fee and the frequency it is to be applied

There is also a space to allow you to enter notes summarising the fees to be charged.


Whilst the corresponding charge for the management commission and/or letting fee will be automatically added to the property when the initial invoice is raised, the remaining charges will need to be added manually; i.e. they are only specified here for reference

  1. Click Property on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
    1.  Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
  3. Click Property on the side menu
  4. Click the Agency top tab
  5. Add the relevant details to the fields in the Rental Specific section
  6. Click Save
