You can specify on the property record the fees that are to be charged to the landlord in the event of setting up a tenancy. These include:
- a letting fee, either as a percentage of the rental income or a fixed upfront fee
- a recurring management commission as a percentage of the rental income (if relevant)
- a recurring fixed fee and the frequency it is to be applied
There is also a space to allow you to enter notes summarising the fees to be charged.
Note
Whilst the corresponding charge for the management commission and/or letting fee will be automatically added to the property when the initial invoice is raised, the remaining charges will need to be added manually; i.e. they are only specified here for reference
- Click Property on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Property on the side menu
- Click the Agency top tab
- Add the relevant details to the fields in the Rental Specific section
- Click Save
