When an offer has been accepted on a lettings property and a tenants application is ready to be progressed, you can update Alto from the Main Dashboard's Tasks widget.
To do this:
- Click Home on the main toolbar
- Click Main Dashboard on the Home screen side menu
- In the Tasks widget, click Offers
- In the list, find the offer that is to be accepted and click Offer Received
- Ensure that the offer price is correct and that any relevant notes have been typed into the fields
- Click Accept Offer
- Using the calendar, set the Proposed Start Date
- Set the Term length
- Confirm the new Property Status
- In the Deal Owner dropdown menu, if you are not going to be responsible for this tenants application any longer, click the name of the member of staff who will be handling this going forward
- Type any important notes into the Notes field
- Confirm your board ordering requirements (if applicable)
- Click Save
- You may be offered the opportunity to create appropriate letters relating to the acceptance of the offer. These can be handled like any other letter
