Dashboard - deposits not registered

Any tenancy records whose deposit Registration Number has not been completed in their Deposit top tab, can be seen on the Property Management Dashboard in the Deposits Not Registered widget

As soon as deposit money has been allocated to a deposit charge, Alto will recognise a deposit has been taken and prompts the user to complete the deposit Registration Number for the tenancy.

  1. Click Home on the main toolbar
  2. Click Property Management Dashboard on the Home screen side menu
  3. Scroll down to the Deposits Not Registered widget. Click Active Only or Active & Proposed
  4. The Deposits Not Registered window opens to display:
    • The total number of deposit registrations not completed
    • The date which deposit monies were either receipted or allocated to the deposit charge
    • The number of days since the deposit was receipted
    • The tenancy name of those whose deposit registration number has not been completed
    • The corresponding property address
    • The amount of deposit receipted to date
  5. Click on an individual line to navigate to the corresponding record
  6. Click Tenancy on the side menu
  7. Click the Deposit top tab
  8. Add the deposit Registration Number
  9. Add any General Notes if required
  10. Click Save
