Within Alto, you can send a sales progression email to all the parties involved in a property purchase.
This can be done from the sales progression screen which can be accessed in any one of two ways, either from Progressions or from the Property.

Sending a sales progression email from Progressions
- Click Progressions on the main toolbar
- Click All Sales on the side menu
- Click the relevant sale from the list
- In the Exchange & Completion Dates section, click Send E-Mail
- The Send Mail window opens. In the To field, add or remove recipients
- In the Subject field, type a suitable title
- Tick Update Last Contacted Date if appropriate
- Type the required email message
- Click Send
The email message that's sent appears in the Timeline of the involved parties.
Sending a sales progression email from the Property
- Click Property on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Sales Progression
- In the Exchange & Completion Dates section, click Send E-Mail
- The Send Mail window opens. In the To field, add or remove recipients
- In the Subject field, type a suitable title
- Tick Update Last Contacted Date if appropriate
- Type the required email message
- Click Send
The email message that's sent appears in the Timeline of the involved parties.
