Occasionally, you may need to withdraw a tenancy application if either the landlord or the tenant no longer wishes to proceed with the tenancy.
This can be done from the tenancy progression screen, which can be accessed in any one of three ways, either from Progressions, from Tenancies or from Properties.

Withdrawing a tenancy from Progressions when the landlord withdraws
- Click Progressions on the main toolbar
- Click All Lettings on the side menu
- Click the relevant tenancy from the list
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Withdrawal by Landlord
- The Withdrawal by Landlord window opens. If the property is to be re-advertised, click Available from within the Property Revert dropdown menu
- In the New Rent field, enter the rent amount that's to be advertised
- If the applicant still wants to find another property, click Rent from within the Applicant Intention dropdown menu
- Type in any relevant Notes
- Click Save
The tenancy's status shows as Cancelled and no longer appears in the Progressions list.
Withdrawing a tenancy from Tenancies when the landlord withdraws
- Click Tenancies on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant tenancy from Recent & Favourite Tenancies
- Alternatively, find the tenancy using the Search Tenancies bar in the top right
- Click Tenancy on the side menu
- Click Progression
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Withdrawal by Landlord
- The Withdrawal by Landlord window opens. If the property is to be re-advertised, click Available from within the Property Revert dropdown menu
- In the New Rent field, enter the rent amount that's to be advertised
- If the applicant still wants to find another property, click Rent from within the Applicant Intention dropdown menu
- Type in any relevant Notes
- Click Save
The tenancy's status shows as Cancelled and no longer appears in the Progressions list.
Withdrawing a tenancy from Properties when the landlord withdraws
- Click Properties on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Lettings Progression
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Withdrawal by Landlord
- The Withdrawal by Landlord window opens. If the property is to be re-advertised, click Available from within the Property Revert dropdown menu
- In the New Rent field, enter the rent amount that's to be advertised
- If the applicant still wants to find another property, click Rent from within the Applicant Intention dropdown menu
- Type in any relevant Notes
- Click Save
The tenancy's status shows as Cancelled and no longer appears in the Progressions list.
Withdrawing a tenancy from Progressions when the tenant withdraws
- Click Progressions on the main toolbar
- Click All Lettings on the side menu
- Click the relevant tenancy from the list
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Withdrawal by Applicant
- The Withdrawal by Applicant window opens. In the New Rent field, confirm the rent amount sought by the landlord when the property is re-advertised
- If the applicant still wants to find another property, click Rent from within the Applicant Intention dropdown menu
- Type in any relevant Notes
- Click Save
The tenancy's status shows as Cancelled and no longer appears in the Progressions list.

- Click Tenancies on the main toolbar
