Within Alto, you can renegotiate the sale price of an ongoing property purchase.
This can be done from the sales progression screen which can be accessed in any one of two ways, either from Progressions or from Properties.

Renegotiating a sale from Progressions
- Click Progressions on the main toolbar
- Click All Sales on the side menu
- Click the relevant sale from the list
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Renegotiate Sale
- The Renegotiate Sale window opens. In the Renegotiation Details section, amend the Amount accordingly
- Update the Exchange Target date, if required
- Update the Completion Target date, if required
- If required, in the Negotiator dropdown menu, click a name to reassign the sale to someone else (change the deal owner)
- Type in any relevant Notes
- Click Save
- You may be offered the opportunity to create appropriate letters relating to the acceptance of the offer. These can be handled like any other letter

Renegotiating a sale from Properties
- Click Properties on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Sales Progression
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Renegotiate Sale
- The Renegotiate Sale window opens. In the Renegotiation Details section, amend the Amount accordingly
- Update the Exchange Target date, if required
- Update the Completion Target date, if required
- If required, in the Negotiator dropdown menu, click a name to reassign the sale to someone else (change the deal owner)
- Type in any relevant Notes
- Click Save
