Withdrawing a sale in progress

There may be times where one of the parties involved in a sale chooses to withdraw from the property purchase. Either the vendor or the purchaser may wish to withdraw from the sale, so it's important you follow the appropriate procedure depending upon which party is withdrawing and which way the sale progression screen is being accessed from.

The sales progression screen can be accessed in any one of two ways, either from Progressions or from the Property.
