In order to focus on a specific set of sales, you can filter the list of sales in progress. This can be done from the sales progression screen which can be accessed from Progressions.

Filtering sales by status
- Click Progressions on the main toolbar
- Click All Sales on the side menu
- In the Status dropdown menu, click either:
- In Progress to view all sales currently in progress; i.e. Under Offer or Exchanged
- Completed to view all sales that were successfully Completed
- Incomplete/Failed to view all sales that failed to complete successfully
- All to view all sales regardless of their status
Filtering sales by branch
- Click Progressions on the main toolbar
- Click All Sales on the side menu
- In the Property Branch dropdown menu, click either:
- All Branches to view all sales for all branches
- An individual branch office
Filtering sales by negotiator
- Click Progressions on the main toolbar
- Click All Sales on the side menu
- In the Negotiator dropdown menu, click either:
- All Negotiators to view all sales for all negotiators
- An individual sales negotiator
Filtering sales by negotiator role
- Click Progressions on the main toolbar
- Click All Sales on the side menu
- In the Negotiator dropdown menu, click an individual sales negotiator
- In the Neg. Role dropdown menu, click either:
- Managing Transaction to view all sales where the negotiator is the Deal Owner
- Managing Property to view all sales where the negotiator owns the property record
- Acting for Purchaser to view all sales where the negotiator owns the purchaser's contact record
- Acting for Vendor to view all sales where the negotiator owns the vendor's contact record
- Any Role to view all sales where the negotiator is involved in any way; i.e. is the Deal Owner or owns any of the records involved in the sale
