In Alto, you're able to withdraw an outstanding offer that has been made, but not yet accepted.
The offer can be withdrawn from any one of three locations, either from the Main Dashboard, from the Property or from the Applicant (contact).

- Withdrawing an offer received from a prospective purchaser via the Main Dashboard
- Withdrawing an offer received from a prospective purchaser via the Property record

Withdrawing an offer received from a prospective purchaser via the Main Dashboard
- Click the Home screen tab on the main toolbar
- Click Main Dashboard on the Home screen side menu
- In the Tasks widget, click Offers
- In the list, find the offer that is to be withdrawn and click Offer Received
- The Offer Details window opens. Click Withdraw Offer
- Type any relevant notes into the Notes field
- Confirm your board ordering requirements (if applicable)
- Click Save
- You may be offered the opportunity to create appropriate letters relating to the offers withdrawal. These can be handled like any other letter

Withdrawing an offer received from a prospective purchaser via the Property record
- Click Property on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- The property Overview displays. Click Offers
- In the Offers list, click the Offer that is to be withdrawn
- The Offer Details window opens. Click Withdraw Offer
- Type any relevant notes into the Notes field
- Confirm your board ordering requirements (if applicable)
- Click Save
- You may be offered the opportunity to create appropriate letters relating to the offers withdrawal. These can be handled like any other letter

Withdrawing an offer received from a prospective purchaser via the Contacts record
- Click Contact on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right - The contact Overview displays. Click Offers
- In the Offers list, click the Offer that is to be withdrawn
- The Offer Details window opens. Click Withdraw Offer
- Type any relevant notes into the Notes field
- Confirm your board ordering requirements (if applicable)
- Click Save
- You may be offered the opportunity to create appropriate letters relating to the offers withdrawal. These can be handled like any other letter
