You can stop a property from appearing on the portals (remove it from internet marketing), whilst still allowing it to match to interested applicants.

There are two methods you can use to do this and they both work simultaneously:

  • (within Property > Marketing) by unticking Publish to Web, OR,
  • (within Overview > Portal Publishing) by unticking Include all portals/Include
Unticking Publish to Web
  1. Click Properties on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
    1.  Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
  3. Click Property on the side menu
  4. Click the Marketing top tab
  5. In the Sales/Rental Information section, untick Publish to Web
  6. Click Save

The property will be removed from the portal upload and this will be recorded in the property's Timeline.

Unticking via Portal Publishing
  1. Click Properties on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
    1.  Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
  3. The property Overview displays. Click Portal Publishing
  4. Untick Include all portals to remove the property from all portals, or untick Include against the relevant individual portals
  5. Click Update portals
  6. A label against each portal will state Unpublished to say if it's been successful, and an entry also appears in the property Timeline
