Setting up a board contractor

If you are to make use of Alto's board management functionality, you'll need to add and set up a board contractor.

  1. Click Contacts on the main toolbar
  2. Click Add Contact
  3. In the Type dropdown menu, click Supplier
  4. Type in the board contractors Company name
  5. In the Services dropdown menu, tick Board Contractor
  6. Type in any necessary Contact Notes, i.e. their working hours
  7. Complete the rest of the board contractors contact information within the First Person and Second Person sections
  8. Tick the appropriate Account Delivery Method(s). Work orders and payment remittance will be sent by this method 
  9. Click Save

You'll now be able to select this board contractor when carrying out a board change for a property.
