Once you've booked a market appraisal, you can easily print a market appraisal form in readiness for taking out on an appointment.

Printing a market appraisal form from the Diary

  1. Click Diary on the main navigation bar
  2. Find and click the market appraisal appointment in the diary
  3. Click Print Appraisal
  4. The form appears in the Document Editor allowing you to make changes to it. You can add in any details that are already known at this stage to make sure the appraisal appointment runs smoothly. The form is spread across multiple pages and includes places for you to collect information about each room and about the local area. If you make any changes, click Save to save them back to the property.
  5. When you're happy with the form, click Finalise
  6. You'll have the option to Print the form, Email it, or both. Click Print to finalise the form on your default letterhead. A .pdf file is created and displays in a separate browser tab where you can then click the printer icon to print it out, ready for the appraiser to take to the appointment

At this point, you may want to prepare for your appraisal by Generating a Property valuation report. The Property valuation report provides you with an accurate and efficient way to assess the value of properties prior to carrying out the market appraisal, and contains useful property data and insights, such as flood risk, similar properties and planning applications.
