On a property, you can add a 360° Panoramic Photo which will upload to the portals, and, add a video tour of the property using a link to a third party website such as YouTube or Vimeo.

This article includes:

Add a 360° Panoramic Photo

 Note

  • You can upload image files with a file type of .jpg, .png and .gif
  • 360° Panoramic Photos are usually in .jpg format. However, they will not upload to the property portals, but may upload to your website. Also, as they require Adobe Flash, they will not work in modern internet browsers, and as such are mentioned here for reasons of completeness.
Therefore, we recommend the hosted .mp4 option below
  1. Click Properties on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
    1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
  3. Click Media on the side menu
  4. Click the Virtual Tours top tab
  5. Click Attach Virtual Tour
  6. Click Add Files
  7. Locate and select the file and click Open, or, drag it into Alto
  8. Click Start Upload
  9. Click Save
