How do I unlock a user account?

As a System Administrator, you can unlock any users accounts that may become locked. User accounts can become locked when a user has too many unsuccessful attempts at logging in. 

This is the error message they will receive:

To unlock a user account: 

  1. Click Tools on the main toolbar
  2. On the side menu, under System Tools, click System Administration
  3. Click Group Users
  4. Scroll down and find the account you need to unlock. In the Locked Out? column, click Unlock
  5. Click Unlock

The user can now login correctly to Alto.
