Sending a confirmation when a market appraisal appointment changes

If you need to change the time of a market appraisal, you'll be prompted to send an SMS, email or letter to confirm the new arrangement.

The steps below outline how to change the time from the diary and the appointment itself.

Changing the time from the Diary

  1. Click Diary on the main toolbar
  2. Locate and click, drag and drop the appointment to the new time
  3. The Send Confirmations and Set Up Reminders for this updated Appointment window opens. You can edit the Email Delivery and E-Mail itself and/or the SMS Delivery and SMS Text, if required
  4. Click Send All to send the confirmations, or Cancel, if you don't wish to send confirmations
  5. The Create Letters window opens
    1. Ensure the relevant letters are ticked
    2. Click Open Letters Now to edit, and print or email immediately
    3. Click Place Letters in Letter Rack to print or email at a later time
    4. Click Close if no letter is required

You can also double click the appointment in the Diary to open the Edit Market Appraisal Appointment window and follow the steps from step 5 below

Changing the time from the Market Appraisal entry

  1. Click the Home screen tab on the main toolbar
  2. Click Main Dashboard on the Home screen side menu
  3. In the Tasks widget, click Appraisals
  4. Click Appraisal Confirmed
  5. The Edit Market Appraisal Appointment window opens. In the Appraisal section, change the Date & Time as required
    1. You can cancel the appointment or print the appraisal, if required
  6. Click Save
  7. The Send Confirmations and Set Up Reminders for this Market Appraisal window opens. You can edit the Email Delivery and E-Mail itself and/or the SMS Delivery and SMS Text, if required
  8. Click Send All to send the confirmations, or Cancel, if you don't wish to send confirmations
  9. If Prompt to send letters and confirmations after saving was ticked, the Create Letters window opens
    1. Ensure the relevant letters are ticked
    2. Click Open Letters Now to edit, and print or email immediately
    3. Click Place Letters in Letter Rack to print or email at a later time
    4. Click Close if no letter is required
