How do I contact Support to submit a ticket?

If you need to contact Support, whether it's for advice or to submit a support ticket, you can do this from within Alto, or, from the Help Centre.

Contacting Support within Alto

  1. Click Help
  2. Click Support
  3. Search for what you need and relevant Help Centre articles will display. If you still need additional support, click Live chat
  4. Enter your Name, Email and Message
  5. Click Start chat
  6. Initially, you'll speak to our chatbot which can help you with the most common questions in Alto. If it can't answer your question, you'll be passed to a member of Support


The Live chat button is dynamic, and will show Live chat during office hours, and Help out of office hours.
During office hours, when our live chat agents are online, you won't be able to submit a Support Ticket, but you can talk to a member of Support.
Out of hours, when Help is visible, you can click Leave a message to submit a support ticket

Contacting Support from the Help Centre

To access the Help Centre:

  1. Within Alto, click Help
  2. Click Help Centre

At the top right of every Help Centre page, there is an option to Submit a request.

Click Submit a request to open up the contact form where you can submit a ticket to the Support team.  

Alternatively, at the bottom of articles there is a Submit a request option as well.
