The Sales letters can also be called the Offer Accepted letter and/or Memo of Sale and Memorandum of Sale.
You can generate the letter from 3 different workflows:
- At the point of accepting the offer (the letters are automatically offered)
- Post sale by generating the letter from the Timeline
- Post sale by using the Write a Letter option
Accepting the offer
- Click Properties on the main toolbar

Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- From the Overview screen, click the Offers tile
- Click the relevant Offer from the Timeline
- Click Accept Offer
- Click Save
This will generate the list of Sales letters. Tick which letters you wish to generate and click Open Letters Now.
Generating the letter from the Timeline
Generating the letters from the Timeline can be done post sale.
- Click Properties on the main toolbar

Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- From the Overview screen, click the Offers tile
- Click the relevant Offer from the Timeline
- Click the negotiator name on the far right hand side
- Select your desired letters and click Open Letters Now
Using the Write a Letter option
Using the Write a Letter option will be done post sale.
- Click Properties on the main toolbar

Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Docs
- In the dropdown menu, click Write a Letter
- Ensure Based upon a timeline entry, such as an offer accepted event is selected and click Next
- Locate and click on the Offer accepted event
- Click Next
- Select your desired letters and click Open Letters Now
