When sending periodic activity reports for all properties to landlords or vendors, you now have the option to exclude properties with a status of Instructed.
Held monies receipted on a contact record and subsequently allocated to a tenancy charge were not shown on PropertyFile causing an incorrect account balance on the My Tenancy page. These allocations are now shown ensuring the account balance is correct. See the example below.
