Board Management report

The Board Management report allows you to create a list of all properties with and without boards, within a specified timeframe.

To create your Board Management report:

  1. Click Reporting on the main toolbar
  2. Click Property in the side menu under Reporting Groups
  3. Click Board Management under Property Reports
  4. You can select from several Report Options under Your Report to filter by:
    1. Sale/Rent - Any, Sales Only, Rentals Only
    2. Overseas - Include, Exclude
    3. Order
    4. Direction
    5. Group
    6. Filter By - All, Hide Completed, Problem Boards, Boards Required, Boards Not Required
  5. The report can be further filtered using the additional tabs under Your Report, such as by branch, user or any of the Report Columns
  6. Click Create Report to generate a one off report
    1. You can also Export the report into a .pdf, Excel or .csv document if you prefer to view it in an alternative format
  7. The report will appear as a Page icon next to your login name on the main toolbar. Hover over the icon and click Open next to the report

The Board Management report shows the:

  • Date
  • Office - (branch)
  • Property
  • Postcode
  • Status - (Let, Available, etc)
  • Board - (No Board, Let, etc)
  • Required - (Yes, No)

 Note

If you close the Report Requests window (Page icon), you can click on the icon again to reopen the report requests
