The steps below outline how to match your contacts to properties and send a Web Style List.
- Click Contacts on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
- Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
- Click Requirements on the side menu
- Based on the requirements specified within Essentials (Price From, Price To), Areas, Rooms, Property Types and Features, the Matching Properties will appear on the right
- To email these to the contact, tick the box(es) alongside the properties which you want to send
- To select all properties, tick the box in the header
- Click Matches
- In the dropdown menu, click Output Wizard
(if the Output Wizard option is not available, this is because the GDPR preferences haven't been completed on the contact record) - The Output Wizard window displays
- The property/properties you ticked appear in the Properties section, but you can add additional properties using the Add a Property search bar, if you know of other properties that may be suitable
- The contact whose record you chose appears in the Applicant(s) section. You can view their Name and their consent to property matching and the methods of communication they have granted. Again, you also have the option to add additional applicants using the Add a Recipient search bar, if you know of others that may be suitable
- Check that you have Web-Style List for the E-Mail? method. Click OK to send the email with the list of properties that this has matched to
In your Web Style List, if you want to include the link to your own website, you can update Our Link on the properties. To do this:
- Click Properties on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Property on the side menu
- Click the Marketing top tab
- Scroll down and update Our Link
- Click Save
