Sending a Web Style List to your Contacts

Within Alto, you can send a Web Style List to your contacts from their contact record. Doing so reduces the size of the email and is recommended for sending a contact multiple properties.

  1. Click Contacts on the main toolbar
  2. Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
    1.  Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
  3. Click Docs
  4. In the dropdown menu, click Send Brochure
  5. The Output Wizard window displays. Click below the @ E-Mail? header until it says Web-Style List
  6. You can add multiple properties to the email using the Add a Property search bar, if you know of ones that may be suitable
  7. The contact you selected appears in the Applicant(s) section. You can view their Name and their consent to property matching and the methods of communication they have granted. Again, you also have the option to add multiple contacts using the Add a Recipient search bar, if you know of others that may be suitable
  8. The E-Mail message can be altered providing the #property-repeater-row# merge field is not removed as this pulls the property detail into the email
  9. Click OK and an email will be sent to the contact(s) selected. This will appear in the property and contact Timeline, listed as Marketing Email: Embedded HTML

Sending a Web Style List from a Property

You can also send a Web Style List to your customers from a property record. This reduces the size of the email and is recommended for sending a property to multiple customers.

  2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
    1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
  3. Click Docs
  4. In the dropdown menu, click Send Brochure
  5. The Output Wizard window displays. Click below the @ E-Mail? header until it says Web-Style List
  6. The property selected appears in the Properties section, but you can add additional properties using the Add a Property search bar, if you know of others that may be suitable
  7. You have the option to add multiple contacts using the Add a Recipient search bar, if you know of others that may be suitable, or, click Add New to create new applicants
  8. The E-Mail message can be altered providing the #property-repeater-row# merge field is not removed as this pulls the property detail into the email
  9. Click OK and an email will be sent. This will appear in the property and contact Timeline, listed as Marketing Email: Embedded HTML
