Identifying recently imported or merged portal leads

The steps below outline how you can produce a list of contacts newly imported from portal leads and/or a list of contacts newly merged from portal leads. 

Unfortunately, this must be done as two separate lists; i.e. it's not currently possible to produce a single list unambiguously including both, without error.

This article includes: 

Produce a list of contacts imported from portal leads during a specified period

To create this contact group:

  1. Click Contacts on the main toolbar
  2. Click Groups in the top left
  3. Click the + symbol alongside My Groups
  4. The New Match Group window opens. In the Group section, enter a Name for the group, i.e. new leads
  5. Click the Requirements tab
  6. Within Misc, in the Search Notes field, type in converted from lead
  7. Click the Dates tab
  8. Click the calendar and add the Entered Since and Entered Before dates for the period required, i.e. for todays new leads, enter todays date in Entered Since (in this example, it's not necessary to enter a date in the Entered Before field)
  9. Click Save

Your new group will be listed in the left column and the new contacts will be listed on the right.

Produce a list of contacts merged from portal leads during a specified period

To create this contact group:

  1. Click Contacts on the main toolbar
  2. Click Groups in the top left
  3. Click the + symbol alongside My Groups
  4. The New Match Group window opens. In the Group section, enter a Name for the group, i.e. Merged leads
  5. Click the Requirements tab
  6. Within Misc, in the Search Notes field, type in merged lead
  7. Click the Dates tab
  8. Click the calendar and add the Amended Since date for the period required, i.e. for todays merged leads, enter todays date in Amended Since
  9. Click Save

Your new group will be listed in the left column and the new contacts will be listed on the right.
