Introduction to Property

This article displays the differences between the Property record in Vebra/Encore Live and the Properties record in Alto.

It displays many of the commonly used fields in the Vebra/Encore Live Property record, and outlines where to find the same fields in the Alto Properties record. Below will be links out to sections and articles within the Help Centre, with regards to how to complete the tabs and fields, in order to achieve certain goals.

In order to access a Properties record:

1. Click Properties on the main navigation bar
2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
   1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
3. The property Overview displays. This is just 1 tab out of many on the side menu and it displays the property address, it's status, the number of viewings, offers, matches and marketing entries, as well as contact details shortcuts and a timeline of Recent Activity
4. If you click any other tab on the side menu, i.e. Property, you'll also have top tabs pertaining to that particular area, i.e. Marketing or Features & Areas
