It focuses on the commonly used fields in the Vebra/Encore Live Person Record, and shows you where to find the same fields in the Alto Contact record.

Location of the general contact notes
The Person record in Vebra/Encore Live had a general Notes field on the Personal tab. This was often used to put in notes about contacting the person, plus any useful personal information.
Contact Notes can be found in the Alto Contact record, if you:
- Click Contacts on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
- Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
- Click Contact on the side menu

These notes can also be viewed from the Contacts Overview on the side menu, if you click the notepad icon, as seen below
Location of the requirements notes
The Person Record in Vebra/Encore Live had a Notes field on the Requirements tab where notes could be added about the person’s specific requirements. These notes are also shown in property matches and help decide if the person is suitable or not for the property being matched.
The same field is available in Alto, again on the Requirements tab. The notes will also be shown when matching a property in Alto.
- Click Contacts on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
- Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
- Click Requirements on the side menu
