This article covers the differences between the Vebra/Encore Live and Alto screens for the property summary, bullet points, lead in & lead out and rooms.
Property Summary Description
In Vebra/Encore Live, the main property summary Description is located on the main Property tab of the property record:
In Alto, you can find the Summary Description if you:
- Click Properties on the main navigation bar

Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Property on the side menu
- Click the Summary top tab
Here you can choose to enter your own Summary Description or use our AI summary generator to generate a summary based on details specified in the Property top tab.
Bullet Points
The Bullet points in Vebra/Encore Live can be found on the Details tab of the property record:
In Alto, you can find the Bullet Points if you:
- Click Properties on the main navigation bar

Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Rooms on the side menu
- Click the Bullets top tab
There are now separate boxes to type your bullet points in.

Lead In & Lead Out
In Vebra/Encore Live, the Details leadin and Details leadout text boxes are located on the Details tab of the property record:
In Alto, you can find the Lead In and Lead Out text boxes if you:
- Click Properties on the main navigation bar

Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Rooms on the side menu
- Click the Lead In/Out Text top tab
Enter the relevant text in the Lead In and Lead Out fields.

Rooms
In Vebra/Encore Live, the property rooms are contained within the Rooms tab of the property record:
In Alto, you can find the Rooms if you:
- Click Properties on the main navigation bar

Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Rooms on the side menu
- Click the Rooms top tab
You have the option to add a room, a paragraph, and link corresponding photos. You can add as much or as little detail to the room as you wish.

A summary of the rooms will be displayed initially, but, if you click Expand All, it will show the rooms in more detail. This includes the name, measurements and description of every room and paragraph entered:
To link a photo to a room:
- Click Link Photo
- If you have uploaded property photos in Media (on the side menu), you can choose a photo to link to the room. Hold down Ctrl on your keyboard to select multiple photos
- These photos will then display in your property brochure next to the corresponding room text, (as long as you pick a brochure template that has been configured to allow room linking)
- Click Done when you have selected the required photos
