In Vebra/Encore Live, when booking an appraisal, an appraisal record, person and property record are generated.

In Alto, a property and contact record are generated and the property record has an Appraisal section, which contains very similar content to the appraisal record in Vebra/Encore Live. There are top tabs for the Pre-Appraisal information, Post-Appraisal information and Property Features (optional).
