In Vebra/Encore Live, when booking an appraisal, an appraisal record, person and property record are generated.
In Alto, a property and contact record are generated and the property record has an appraisal section, which contains very similar content to the appraisal record in Vebra/Encore Live. There are top tabs for the Pre-Appraisal information, Post-Appraisal information and Property Features (optional).
Alto Pre-Appraisal tab
In Alto, the appraisal diary notes can be found on the Pre-Appraisal tab, under the Appointment details.
- Click Property on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Appraisal on the side menu
- The appraisal diary notes can be amended by clicking the green Amend button
This is the equivalent of the Diary notes field on the Vebra/Encore Live appraisal record:
Alto Post-Appraisal tab
In Alto, the Appraiser Notes field can be found on the Pre-Appraisal tab, and if required, can be merged to the appraisal form.
This is the equivalent of the Valuers notes field on the Vebra/Encore Live appraisal record:
Appraisal client notes
The client notes can be found in Alto on the Contacts record.
- Click Property on the main toolbar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- On the Property Overview, click the owner contacts name
- Their Contacts record opens. Any notes made can be seen if you click the notes icon:
These notes are the equivalent of Client notes on the Appraisal record in Vebra/Encore Live:
