In Vebra/Encore Live, the agency fee details are found on the Property record, on the Agency info tab:
In Alto, these can be found if you:
- Click Properties on the main navigation bar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Property on the side menu
- Click the Agency top tab
- The General section is where the core agency information is defined, i.e. the type of agency and contract end date
- If it's a sales property, you'll also have a Sale Specific section, as per the image below, where you can specify
- Commission - If a percentage commission has been agreed with the vendor, this is the percentage of the final agreed sale amount that is to be charged to the vendor, upon exchange of contracts
- Fee - If a fixed fee has been agreed with the vendor, this is the amount that is to be charged to the vendor, upon exchange of contracts
- Min Fee - If a percentage commission has been agreed with the vendor, this is the amount that is to be charged to the vendor, if the percentage of the final agreed sale amount is less than this value
- Inclusive - This indicates whether the charge, as specified above, is inclusive of all services provided or whether there may be additional charges for other services
- W/d Fee - This is the amount that is to be charged to the vendor, should they withdraw their property from sale
- Discount - This is the fixed amount that is to be discounted from the final amount charged, if the property remains unsold after the from date below
- or - This is the percentage that is to be discounted from the final amount charged, if the property remains unsold after the from date below
- from - This indicates when a discount should be applied from, if the property remains unsold after this date
- If it's a lettings property, you'll have a Rental Specific section, where you can specify
- Letting Fee - Calculates an upfront charge based on the percentage, the rental amount and term of the tenancy
- Management Commission - Calculates a charge based on the percentage of the collected rent, per the frequency of the tenancy
- Upfront Fee - The amount entered is a note, a charge is not created based on this figure
- Recurring Fee - The amount entered is a note, a charge is not created based on this figure
