Activity with us

In Vebra/Encore Live on a Person record, there is a section called Activity with us which shows any properties that the person is buying, selling, letting or tenanting.

In Alto, you can see all the properties that a contact is selling or letting by going to the Properties side menu tab.

1. Click Contacts on the main navigation bar
2. Select the relevant contact from Recent & Favourite Contacts
   1.  Alternatively, find the contact using the Search Contacts bar in the top right
3. Click Properties on the side menu

To see the properties that a contact is buying:

1. Click Overview on the side menu
2. Click on the offers tile

To see the properties that a contact is renting:

1. Click Overview on the side menu and click on the offers tile, OR
2. If you have the Property Management module enabled, click Tenancies on the side menu
